Hee Jae Chung, D.Ch.

Hee Jae is a chiropodist at KC Family Foot Clinic. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered care, taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and create personalized, effective treatment plans. Dedicated to lifelong learning, she has a strong interest in diabetic foot care and biomechanical issues to ensure the highest standard of care.

Hee Jae's past experience includes teaching at the Michener Institute for the chiropody program as well as working at various clinics including Providence Healthcare Hospital and LMC Diabetes & Endocrinology Clinic.

Hee Jae is fluent in speaking English and Korean.

Michael Wong, B.Kin, D.Ch.

Michael is a chiropodist at KC Family Foot Clinic. Michael graduated from the Michener Institute’s Chiropody program in 2023, with experience working in Toronto Grace and Toronto Rehabilitation Hospitals prior to moving to Waterloo, where he worked as Head Chiropodist. It was here where Michael received the “Diamond” award in the 2024 Waterloo Record’s Reader’s Choice Award for both the “Best Chiropodist” and “Foot Care Specialist” categories.

When not working, Michael can be found hiking or camping, birdwatching, but most often chasing the perfect sunset alongside his wife. In choosing to be closer with family, Michael has returned to the Greater Toronto Area to provide his podiatry services to the Richmond Hill community.

Michael is fluent in speaking English and Cantonese.

Karen Chan, B.Sc. (Hons), D.Ch.

Karen is a chiropodist at KC Family Foot Clinic. She has been practicing since 2013, and has sharpened her skills by providing care at various hospital institutions, such as St. John's Rehab, Women's College Hospital and Providence Healthcare, before entering private practice. 

Karen has a passion for learning, and always strives to find the best treatments for her patients. She travelled to Australia to learn foot mobilization therapy, a gentle alternative to joint manipulation for treating foot pain. Karen is a very gentle and friendly person who believes in working with patients as a team to treat problems. 

Karen is fluent in speaking English and Cantonese.

Karen's hours are:

Monday 10am-4pm

Friday 10am-7pm

Wendy Macartney, D.Ch.

Wendy is a chiropodist at KC Family Foot Clinic. Wendy has over 25 years of experience in both hospital settings and private practice. She is well versed to treat a variety of common foot problems from ingrown toenails to heel pain to calluses and corns. 

Wendy is a member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine.

Wendy is fluent in speaking English and Cantonese.

Wendy's specialty services include:
