Foot Mobilization Therapy

Foot mobilization therapy (FMT) is a gentle form of manual therapy with the aim of properly realigning your feet so they can function better. FMT requires a commitment of at least 6 sessions, usually over the span of 3-6 weeks. During each session, the chiropodist will work to loosen the joints and break up adhesions in your feet which are restricting movement. At the end of each session, you will be given an exercise to do at home to stretch and strengthen your foot and leg muscles.
